Enhanced Performance

The ability to self-regulate thoughts, emotions, and nervous system activity can benefit performance in a variety of areas, from academics to sports, from personal relationships to work. Knowledge of how the brain impacts performance, and skill in self-regulating mental processes help to optimize enjoyment as well as outcomes.

Knowledge and skills can be acquired from books, videos, and classes in meditation, yoga, and other mind-body disciplines. However, applying knowledge of the brain to yourself personally, and tailoring self-regulatory techniques to your own unique situation and individual style of performance can be greatly enhanced by the personalized coaching I provide to my clients.
